In carrying out the task of analyzing and administering public complaints letters and problems submitted to the House of Representatives and the Secretariat General, the Secretariat General of the DPR RI makes the DPR RI public complaints dashboard which can assist members of the DPR RI in unifying each incoming report so that it can be taken into consideration in making decisions. as well as being a material for evaluating the performance of the Secretariat General of the DPR RI in accommodating people's aspirations.
